Total Knee Replacement
70 year old otherwise normal gentleman with left knee pain for past many years, could hardly walk because of pain underwent total knee replacement. X rays are self explanatory, check it out.

will post some interesting fracture cases treated this month- 70 year old lady with trochanter fracture operated else where came to us with implant failure and non union of fracture. She underwent revision osteosynthesis with bone grafting. Check out the x rays of the same!
